Golden Visa For You (powered by Al Manal Beacon LLC) is an independent, privately-owned business setup and immigration advisory firm. We are not a UAE government agency, department, or ministry. We provide consultancy, document preparation, and submission services to assist clients in applying for the UAE Golden Visa.
While we leverage our expertise to ensure your application meets all known criteria, the final decision to grant or deny a Golden Visa rests entirely with the United Arab Emirates government authorities (Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security - ICP, and GDRFA). Golden Visa For You cannot and does not guarantee the approval of any visa application.
The client agrees to provide true, accurate, and complete information and documentation required for the visa application process. Any delays, rejections, or legal issues resulting from forged, incorrect, or omitted information are the sole responsibility of the client.
Our fee structures include our professional advisory fees and the mandatory government processing fees. Government fees are subject to change without notice by the UAE authorities. Except as set out in our 24-Hour Guarantee (Section 5), all service fees are non-refundable once the application process and document processing have commenced, regardless of the final outcome of the visa application.
If we do not deliver the 24-hour Golden Visa service as promised on a case that has been accepted into the service after your eligibility review, you are entitled to a full refund of our service fee. The guarantee does not cover government fees or medical, identity-card or optional-service charges, and it applies only where you have provided complete and accurate documents and attended the required appointments. It is not a guarantee of approval, which remains the decision of the relevant UAE authority. How the 24-hour service is measured is explained to you on your call and confirmed in your written service agreement.

Subject to Section 5, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Golden Visa For You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, travel delays, or financial loss resulting from the use of our services or visa application processing delays.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
